Who Arrives on the First Morning

The lead painter you meet on day one is the person you will see every day after. They introduce the crew, confirm the room order you agreed on, and walk you through what will happen before lunch and what will be done by the end of the day. If something in the plan needs to change, that conversation happens with them, face to face, not through a phone tree.

How Our Walkthrough Unfolds

We walk every room and every exterior wall with you, ask when the house was last painted, whether your association reviews colors, and what parts of your routine we should work around. There is no pitch and no pressure to sign that day. You get one written quote afterward that lists the prep and the scope in plain language, so you can read it at the kitchen table on your own time.

Protecting Keepsakes, Art and Family Photos

Before a room is painted, framed art and photographs come down and are set somewhere safe, and the hardware is kept with each piece so it goes back exactly where it hung. If there are items you would rather move yourself, an heirloom cabinet or a collection, just tell us. We would much rather ask twice than handle something that means a great deal to you without your say.
