What to Have Ready When You Call

None of this is required — but the conversation goes faster with a few basics:

• Scope — interior rooms, the exterior, or both
• Your community, and roughly when the home was built or last painted
• Whether your HOA reviews paint colors (in most of our communities, it does — and we handle the paperwork)
• Any scheduling that matters: appointments, visitors, travel, or simply the hours you'd prefer us working
• Anything in the house that needs extra care — a piano, a collection, a room we should treat gently

No plan yet? That's fine. "The house is overdue and I want it done without chaos" is a complete starting point — the walkthrough turns it into a schedule and a written number.
