When you submit our quote form or request a call, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, and any project details or address information you choose to include. If you call us, we may keep notes from the conversation so we can follow up accurately. Calls placed through the "Talk to Alex" feature connect you with our automated phone assistant, and those calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can act on your request.
We use your information for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if you hire us, planning and delivering your painting project. That includes calling or texting you back about your quote, scheduling walkthroughs, and coordinating the work.
Like most businesses, we use standard service providers to operate — telephone and messaging services, form processing, and website hosting. These providers process information only as needed to deliver those services to us.
This site does not run advertising trackers. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may collect standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages visited) for security and performance purposes.
We keep inquiry information as long as needed to serve you and meet ordinary business record-keeping needs. If you'd like your contact information removed from our records, call (725) 239-2814 and ask — we'll handle it.
