First-repaint care for Del Webb's North Las Vegas community.
Sun City Aliante sits inside the Aliante master plan in North Las Vegas, built by Del Webb through the mid-2000s — younger than its Summerlin sibling, but its homes are now crossing the twenty-year line, and that's exactly when original builder exteriors in this valley give out. The tans and desert neutrals these single-stories were delivered in have gone chalky on the south exposures, and the foam trim and pop-outs are showing the hairline cracks that come standard with two decades of thermal cycling on the open northern valley floor, where there's little terrain shade to soften the sun.
These are efficient, comfortable single-level floor plans — great rooms open to kitchens, two or three bedrooms, low-maintenance yards — and a first full repaint here is usually straightforward: honest prep, crack repair at the details, two coats of Sherwin-Williams on the color change, and the association's paint-scheme approval prepared before work begins. Interiors are often still original builder paint too, flat-finish and marked by twenty years of ordinary life; a washable, brighter repaint makes these homes feel new again without changing what owners like about them.
As everywhere we work, the crew is quiet, the schedule is fixed, and the house stays livable every single day of the project.
