Considerate repaints for the valley's first and largest active-adult community.
Sun City Summerlin was Del Webb's first Las Vegas community, built out from 1989 through the late 1990s along the western rim of the valley — which means nearly eight thousand single-story homes that are now twenty-five to thirty-five years old. Most are on their original exterior coat or a repaint from well over a decade ago, and up against the Spring Mountains foothills the afternoon sun is unfiltered: west-facing walls here fade first and fade hard, often a full shade lighter than the sheltered side of the same house.
The association maintains approved exterior paint schemes and an architectural review process, and we treat that as part of the job — we help you pick from the approved palette, prepare the submittal, and don't schedule a single work day until the approval is in hand. Inside, the floor plans are classic early-90s Del Webb: single-level living, galley or open kitchens, arched passthroughs, and interiors that often still wear their original builder off-white. A room-by-room repaint in cleaner, brighter tones is the single most transformative update these homes can get.
Because so many owners here are home during the work — and often watching the golf course from the patio while we do it — our one-room-at-a-time process, furniture handling, and fixed appointment windows aren't extras in Sun City Summerlin. They're the whole point.
